People often assume that every deal is the same and only require a few minor tweaks and modifications to a standard agreement.  At Spire, we understand that each and every deal is unique and we consider all of the variables including but not limited to location, industry, business evolution, ownership structure and so on when we work with our clients.  We take the time to listen to our clients and make sure that the fit is right for both the landlord and the tenant and that both parties are positioned to succeed and realize their respective goals.
